ADAPTIVE REUSE

While New River Contracting is known for the landmarks we build, our commitment to renovations and historic restoration is at the heart of the legacy we leave behind. Our team has a breadth of knowledge and skill in adaptive reuse, and the team isn’t afraid to take on an existing structure and update or adapt it to give it a new purpose.

New River Contracting has done full-scale exterior repaint with much of the surface being taken down to the original wood, meticulously restored detail around historic stained glass architecture, protected the structure of a 74-year-old school building, and laid the framework for new apartments in our community.
